This agreement exists not to tie you down with fine print, but to make sure everything is crystal clear so you can relax and look forward to the celebration ahead.

We've kept it concise, honest, and fair — because that's exactly how we work.

The Reservation

To lock in your date, all we need is a 30% deposit (please see the Acceptance of Terms at the end of this page). That's it — your date is held exclusively for you from that moment on. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your event, giving you plenty of time to prepare.

For bookings made within 30 days of the event, the full amount is payable upfront.

The booking fee confirms our availability and allows us to allocate resources and decline other enquiries for the booked date.

02. If Plans Change

Life happens — we get it. Here's how we handle it, as fairly as possible:

Need to move your date? No problem — one complimentary date change, subject to availability. We'll always do our best to make it work.

If an emergency circumstance beyond our control prevents performance, we will ensure to provide a replacement service of similar quality. Where a suitable replacement is provided, this does not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

In the extremely unlikely event we ever had to cancel on our end, you'd receive a full refund — no questions asked. We will promptly assist you to find a replacement service.

3. On Your Day

We'll arrive early, set up quietly, and be completely ready before your guests arrive. Here's what you can expect from us:

We play for the hours agreed — overtime is available on the night in 1-hour blocks if the party's going strong.
Your music preferences and playlist requests guide us. We're also happy to take requests on the night from your guests.
Out of consideration for guests of all ages — including children — music containing excessive profanity, explicit references to drug use, or derogatory sexual language will not be played. This applies across all genres and all requests on the night. If your event calls for an explicit hip-hop, rap or trap set, we are happy to refer you to a specialist DJ who can best serve that need.
EverAfter Beats is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive atmosphere at every event.

4. A Few Small Things We Ask of You

We'll take care of absolutely everything on our end. We just ask for a couple of things to help us do that:

A safe, sheltered, and stable performance area.
For outdoor events, adequate protection from direct sunlight, wind, and rain.
An access to standard power points available near the performance area.
Let us know your venue's setup access time, any noise curfews, and whether special effects (cloud/bubble machine, cold sparklers) are approved by your venue.
A finalised run sheet and any special requests at least 7 days before the event helps us prepare everything perfectly.

That's it — we'll handle the rest.

If you get us in touch with the venue of your choice, we can sort these out with the venue directly.

05. Force Majeure

In the event that EverAfter Beats is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restriction etc.), EverAfter Beats shall not be liable for any breach of contract.

In such instances, the deposit remains non-refundable under 90 days prior of the agreed date - we will work closely with you, the client, to reschedule the services to a mutually agreeable date.

If rescheduling is not possible, any liability will be limited to a refund of payments made, excluding the initial deposit under 90 days prior of the agreed date and any costs already incurred in preparation for the event.

EverAfter Beats remains committed to the success of your event and will take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of unforeseen disruptions.

By paying the deposit, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
